The National Association of County and City Health Officials has recognized Park County Public Health for its ability to respond to public health emergencies.
Robert Pestronk, executive director of NACCHO, recently notified Robin Phillips, director of Park County Public Health, that the agency met the comprehensive preparedness benchmarks required by Project Public Health Ready, a unique partnership between NACCHO and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
