There was boxing out. There was running in transition without pressing. And there was the halfcourt defense.
Those were the Conifer Lady Lobos’ goals against Arvada on Feb. 10 in the first round of the 4A Jeffco League tournament. After all, winning — always a goal — was almost a foregone conclusion.
