Conifer resident commissioned as ensign in Navy

On May 15, Michael Brunetti Jr. took the first step in his career as an officer in the U.S. Navy as he received his commission from the Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps Unit at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Fla., to become an ensign in the Navy.
